Therapeutic Provision

We offer a range of therapeutic services, delivered in one-on-one settings in central Norwich locations.

At any point, we have a limited number of places available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 These services include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and an exploration of historic trauma, what it does to the body and strategies to alleviate.
  • One-to-one person-centred talking therapy for non-complex issues delivered by a provisionally qualified person-centred counsellor.

We also work with the Sue Lambert Trust to provide group-based support to men who have experienced sexual abuse or violence at any point.

Contributions

While our therapists are not paid, we welcome donations to cover some of our operating costs (room hire etc.) on a pay-as-you-can basis. We ask for a minimum of £10. We also suggest sign-up to a minimum of 6 sessions in advance to ensure a commitment to the service.

MensCraft is grateful to grants from The Childwick Trust and The Girdlers’ Company Charitable Trust to support the supervision and management of our therapeutic provision.
