Norwich Pit Stop member, Terry Larwood, has been dedicated to Tai Chi for over a decade and is keen to share his learning with the Pit Stop community. No previous experience is required – all will be included.
During this session you will:
- Relax – remove unnecessary tension
- Learn some practical techniques to help you relax in daily life
- Stop the chatter in your mind – experience some moving meditation
