Join us for a free Saturday morning antenatal session in Norwich designed specifically for expectant fathers! This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with other dads-to-be in a relaxed and supportive environment. Don’t miss out on this chance to prepare for the arrival of your little one!
The workshops will cover core topics such as:
- how to best support our partners during labour
- how to bond with our new baby
- what to do when our baby cries
- what changes to expect after the baby is born
- post-natal depression in dads
In addition, there will be scope to answer other questions expectant fathers may have.
Post-birth, MensCraft will provide additional support via WhatsApp conversations and a check-in phone call to catch up on how things are going.
