The Pitt Stop is a free space for men to refuel, take stock and get themselves firing on all cylinders!  Provided by MensCraft at the Men’s Centre on Pitt Street, Pitt Stop currently convenes every Tuesday afternoon and hopes to expand its opening times in the New Year.  We provide friendship through engagement in positive activities.  These include pastimes such as darts, Subbuteo, table soccer, backgammon, chess, various card and other board games, as well as offering a weekly craft-based activity for men to have a go at.  In the New Year we anticipate including the option of joining a programme to learn a new skill or hobby.

MensCraft is looking to recruit additional Pitt Crew volunteers, to help run activities, help with the setting up and refreshments, and to meet, greet and spend time chatting to regulars and new users alike.

We’re a lively, supportive and friendly team, committed to men’s well-being.  We believe that healthy happier men make for better fathers, partners, colleagues, citizens; and that, we think, is good for everyone.  We can offer you a friendly environment and a real sense of purpose.  In addition, we offer free entry on to any other MensCraft activity. If you have the right personality, are looking to gain experience of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and can spare an afternoon a week to please get in touch with:
