Pit Stops are free, informal drop-in sessions that bring men together to build friendship, connection and a sense of belonging.
What we offer
MensCraft offers support, activities and spaces where men can connect, build purpose and improve their wellbeing – whether they’re looking for community, activities, or help through a difficult time.
One-to-one and structured support
Some aspects of our programmes provide more structured or specialist support. To access these, we first need to know a bit more about the person who needs support and their situation or circumstances.
Groups
At MensCraft, groups are facilitated spaces where men can find support and belonging. Most run weekly, some are drop-ins open to any man aged 18 or over, others are for men accessing our more structured support services – but all are free to attend.

Mindfulness for men
Your thoughts aren’t facts. Break the cycle of overthinking and low moods with our eight-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course—a supportive, confidential space designed for men to master practical tools for mental clarity.
Men's Sheds
MensCraft and Men’s Sheds have a long shared history. The first Norwich Men’s Shed – one of the first in the whole of the UK – was started by some of the founders and first employees of MensCraft. We work in partnership to increase opportunities for men in Norfolk.
