I am an experienced business owner and investor. Since leaving the corporate world in 2014, I have been the managing partner of Curzon Ventures, an investment firm focusing on the engineering and construction sectors. Our aim is to help solve the succession crisis facing many owner-managers are in as they approach retirement. 

I’ve personally benefitted from MensCraft’s programmes both in my general wellbeing and due to the amazing friendships I’ve made along the way. I’m a passionate advocate for men-only spaces as a way of unlocking personal growth. I became a trustee to give back and to shape the future direction of the organisation. 

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, I moved to the UK in 2001. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature and can often be found leading conservation work parties in my local woodland.
