I currently work in the Research and Innovation Team at NHS Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB). I also hold an honorary academic role at the UEA and am a pharmacist by training. We work closely with all system partners and teams within the ICB on research projects and support colleagues to undertake high-quality robust evaluations of specific projects. 

I joined the Board of Trustees at MensCraft as we had worked with the organisation from a research perspective and I could see the great work that was going on. I bring my experience of evaluating services and research to the Board to help think about how we measure the impact of what we do.
