In leading the Pit Stop programme, I have the privilege of witnessing first-hand the positive impact MensCraft has on men who connect with us. I’m passionate about developing the Pit Stop team and shaping our programmes and activities to create a safe, supportive space where men can be authentic, open and empowered to improve their lives.

Before joining MensCraft, I spent over 30 years in the public sector, working with local authorities and Sport England. Throughout these roles, I lead teams dedicated to making a positive difference in communities and enhancing peoples quality of life.
