I have over 30 years’ experience as an aviation professional, working in all areas of the industry – both commercial and private sectors. I started my career journey in a very different field – as a care assistant, where I developed compassion, resilience and a people-first mindset that continues to shape my professional approach today. 

Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply passionate about men’s mental health. Drawing from my own first-hand experiences, I’m committed to raising awareness, encouraging open conversations and supporting others who may be struggling. I believe strength lies in vulnerability and I’m dedicated to helping create environments – both in the workplace and beyond – where men feel safe to speak up and seek support.
