Referrals and one-to-one support

Some aspects of our programmes provide more structured or specialist support. To access these, we first need to know a bit more about the person who needs support and their situation or circumstances.

Men can self-refer or be referred by professionals, family members or partners.

Referrals to MensCraft can be made by men themselves or by professionals supporting them, including GPs, mental health services, social workers, schools and youth workers, probation staff, housing services and voluntary sector organisations.

Support for fathers

Fatherhood comes with its ups and downs. Whether you’re going through separation or family struggles, becoming a father or working to strengthen your relationship with your children, we are here to support you.

Support for men feeling hopeless

When things feel overwhelming, trusted support from people who understand can make a real difference. The Contact Service supports men who are experiencing hopelessness, emotional crisis or suicidal ideation. We offer flexible, tailored support when you need it most.

Support for teenage boys

Many boys today grow up feeling lonely, isolated or unsure of where they fit. Finding My Way is MensCraft’s programme for adolescent boys and young men aged 13–19 who are navigating identity, relationships and belonging in a confusing and often pressurised world.

Therapy and counselling for men

Work in Progress provides practical tools and therapeutic activities for men who want to grow and develop, as well as improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. Through workshops, courses, therapy and coaching, we enable men to develop the skills and insights they need to navigate life’s challenges.
