Mentoring sessions may involve all manner of activities hobbies crafts music sports which resonate with the interests of young person. Mentors would be regularly supervised by practitioners from the Apricot Centre. Towards the end of the period of mentoring there would be celebration/activity days which will take place in nature-based environments in Norfolk, with groups of young people and their mentors participating. Mentors will need to have experience of working with/supporting teenager with challenging backgrounds (trauma, loss, attachment, special needs).
